Tickets issued are non refundable and non changeable. Cancellations must be made at least one day in advance of the reserved show date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to show date may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Bank charges, if any, shall be under the responsibility of the guest. No refund shall be given if guests fail to show up due to any reason (“no show”).

* Theater Gold Seat (with the best view of show) are available at extra charge.
* Suriyamas Gold upgrade includes Suriyamas Seafood Buffet and Theater Gold Seat.
* Suriyamas Gold Upgrade is applicable to Show + Buffet Dinner ticket only and not sold as a separate ticket option. Due to limited capacity, advance reservation is highly recommended.
* Infants (height is under 100 cm or 39 inches inclusive) may attend the show free of charge, under the condition that they shall be constantly under an adult’s supervision and will not be provided with theater seats.
* Transportation service is non-private and runs according to a fixed schedule only. Private transfer is available at extra charge.
* Seats are required by law for every passenger including infants.
* As the park operating days and hours are subject to change due to special events, extra shows or other reasons, please make a reservation or check for updates before your arrival.
