Reservation / Cancellation Policy:

• Please make a reservation in advance. Slots are limited and often fully booked.
• An advanced fee paid via PayPal is required to complete your reservation. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled.
• Cancellations or modifications must be made at least five days prior to your arrival date.
• A 100% cancellation fee will apply for same-day cancellations and no-shows.

Operating Hours:  3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next morning

Reminders:

• The public hot spring is segregated into male baths and female baths.
• Please note that bringing towels and wearing any clothes or swimwear is not allowed.
• Guests with tattoos may not use the public hot springs.
• Cleaning/Maintenance times: 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN, 3:00 AM to 3:30 AM
• For the Dinner and Hot Spring Day Trip Package, guests can use the onsen from 3:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.

Wasen no Yu (Private Bath)

Business Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Price: starts at ¥2,000 (tax included) per group
