Structure applies strictly to ages 4–10. Infants and toddlers under the age of 4 are accommodated with our compliments.
Pick-up windows run for approx. 1 hour at session start. Hotel transits require roughly 30 mins to 1 hour based on distance.

Just head over to our camps during feeding time and you will be able to stay and take pictures and interact with the elephants in their natural setting. Please note that private or resort transfer service is not included within this entry-level program. Self-arranged transit is required to the sanctuary location.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event. We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event.
All interactions are conducted under the guidance of our experienced handlers to ensure safety for both the elephants and participants. Children must be accompanied by parents/guardians. Our program will continue even in heavy rain. There will be no cancellations due to rain.
