Cancellation Policy

The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone due to weather. Guests may reschedule or receive a full refund. Itineraries may change if weather does not permit.

  • Day Trips: Free up to 6 PM day before; 50% fee thereafter.
  • Private Charters: Free up to 2 weeks prior; 50% fee (2 weeks–48 hrs); 100% fee within 48 hrs.
