Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations must be notified directly to Ocean's Elite.
• Cancellation Charges:
  • At least 72 hours before charter date: 20% of charter fee
  • Less than 72 hours before charter date: 50% of charter fee
• Cancellation due to a medical condition: an alternative date will be made available. If unable to reschedule, 50% of the charter fee will be charged unless a medical report can be submitted.
• The charterer forfeits the right to cancel the charter on their own perception of the weather forecast. If adverse weather is experienced or expected, our charter manager will be in contact.
• In the event of adverse weather, we reserve the right to change the charter destination if safety is in question. Any changes will be discussed and agreed upon prior to departure.
