Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are based on 6 people. Extra guests are charged at 8,000 THB per person (max 12 guests).
  • Cancellations must be notified directly to Ocean's Elite.
  • Cancellation Charges:
    • At least 72 hours before charter: 20% of charter fee.
    • Less than 72 hours before charter: 50% of charter fee.
  • Medical cancellations require a report; otherwise, 50% fees apply. If a report is provided, we will prioritize an alternative date.
  • The charterer cannot cancel based on personal weather perception. In adverse weather, the captain reserves the right to adjust the destination for safety.

Cruise around Koh Tan and explore the Island’s deserted beaches.
