  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to complete health forms and enjoy the sauna/steam rooms before treatment.
  • Late Arrival: Out of respect for other guests, late arrivals cannot receive extensions.
  • Cancellations: Require 5 hours' notice for individual treatments and 24 hours' notice for spa packages to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows: Failure to keep your appointment results in a 100% treatment charge.
