  • Payment for daycare bookings is due 7 days prior to the service date. The company reserves the right to cancel without notice any unpaid service by this due date.
  • Cancellation 48 hours or less prior to the start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation includes changes that reduce the overall value of the daycare booking and no-shows.

If you still want to celebrate, but prefer to not have a host, we can deliver birthday party packs complete with decorations, goody bags and activities to your accommodation so you can plan your child's perfect celebration.
