Reservation / Cancellation Policy

  • • Please make a reservation in advance. Slots are limited and often fully booked.
  • • An advanced fee paid via PayPal is required to complete your reservation. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled.
  • • Cancellations or modifications must be made at least five days prior to your arrival date.
  • • A 100% cancellation fee will apply for same-day cancellations and no-shows.

• Public hot spring is segregated into male and female baths.

• Bringing towels and wearing clothes or swimwear is not allowed.

• Guests with tattoos may not use the public hot springs.

• Cleaning/Maintenance times: 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN, 3:00 AM – 3:30 AM

• For the Dinner and Hot Spring Day Trip Package, guests can use the onsen from 3:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.

Wasen no Yu

Business Hours 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Price starts at ¥2,000 (tax inc.) / group

• Limited to 50 minutes per group

• Can be included in the Dinner and Hot Spring Day Trip Package at an additional fee.
