Their seasonal menu has been matched with the wines selected by our Tokyo wine sommelier, which are available for purchase by the bottle.

Booking / Cancellation Policy
Please book your event at least 72 hours in advance, depending on availability. Cancellations for catering and cooking classes are free up to 7 days before the event. After that, the full amount will be charged. For the fugu course, cancellation is free up to 14 days in advance. Delivery orders can be canceled up to 3 days before the delivery date; after that, the full amount will be charged.
Guarantee Policy
We need a confirmed guest count 72 hours before your event. Menu choices must be finalized 7 days in advance. If your event is booked within 7 days, menu choices need to be confirmed at booking. We will do our best to accommodate changes after the final count, but availability is not guaranteed, and extra charges may apply. If no final count is provided, the original estimate will be used. You will be charged for the confirmed guest count, even if fewer guests attend.
Minimum Orders
For events with a host and chef, a minimum order for six adults (or the equivalent in price) is required. For deliveries, a minimum order for four people (or the equivalent in price) is required.
Set Up
Catering events with a host and chef include standard setup, such as linen napkins, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
Special Services
We can arrange flowers, balloons, specialty linens, candles, tables, chairs, and other decorations for an extra fee. Rental items from outside vendors may have additional delivery fees.

Delivery and equipment pick-up charges may apply.
Service Staff
Your event includes one chef and one host for up to 3.5 hours. Additional hours will be charged at 8,000 JPY per hour. If the event runs over the time limit or start time is delayed, extra charges will apply.
Additional staff can be requested at least 72 hours in advance, and a 20% charge applies for last-minute reductions (less than 48 hours before the event). Extra staff is subject to a 3-hour minimum charge.
Event Times
Please provide event start times no later than 7 days before your event. Discuss details with our reservations team to ensure the best service.
Availability of Products
While we strive to provide all menu items, there may be times when certain products are unavailable without notice.
Special Dietary Needs
We accommodate guests with dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, and allergy-friendly options. With advance notice, we can help manage most dietary needs, though allergens are not labeled at catered functions.
