Getting Your First Lift Ticket:
Purchase Online: Use a credit card on the Hanazono-Hirafu website.
Keycard: Your first purchase includes a ¥500 Keycard, which acts as a reusable lift pass. Get it at the Automatic Ticket Machine at Hanazono 308 by scanning a QR code that you’ll receive by email.
Buying Multiple Tickets: Add multiple passes for different people. Register each person’s details and assign a pass to each before checkout.
Payment: After reviewing terms and conditions, pay with Visa or MasterCard. You’ll get an email confirmation with the QR code to collect your Keycard.
Recharging Your Lift Pass:
Recharge Online: For future visits, recharge your Keycard online without stopping by the ticket counter.
Select Pass Type and Dates: Choose the season, age group, and duration.
Verify and Pay: Confirm details, verify your email, and assign passes if buying for others. Complete payment online.
Ready to Go: The recharge is done; head straight to the lift station.
Important Notes:
Non-refundable: Online lift tickets can’t be refunded or replaced.
Free for Kids Under 3: Pick up free tickets at the counter for children under 3.
Immediate Access After Payment: Recharge access is available within 15 minutes of online payment.
