Getting Your First Lift Ticket

  • — Purchase Online: Use a credit card on the Hanazono-Hirafu website.
  • — Keycard: Initial transactions include a mandatory ¥500 reusable Keycard fee. Redeem your physical pass at the Hanazono 308 Automatic Ticket Machine by scanning the email QR code.
  • — Buying Multiple Tickets: Multiple profiles can be managed simultaneously. Register individual details and allocate respective passes prior to completing checkout.
  • — Payment: Review terms and finalize payment via Visa or MasterCard to trigger your digital confirmation email.

Recharging Your Lift Pass

  • — Recharge Online: For future visits, recharge your Keycard online without stopping by the ticket counter.
  • — Select Pass Type and Dates: Choose the season, age group, and duration.
  • — Verify and Pay: Confirm details, verify your email, and assign passes if buying for others. Complete payment online.
  • — Ready to Go: The recharge is done; head straight to the lift station.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • • Non-refundable: Online lift ticket bookings are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or replaced.
  • • Free for Kids Under 3: Complimentary admission applies. Tickets must be requested in person at the resort counter.
  • • Immediate Access After Payment: Recharge access is available within 15 minutes of online payment.
  • • Payment Method: Only credit card payments (no cash or phone orders).
