Reservations

  • Advance reservation required at least 72 hours prior to the mission.
  • Aircraft availability is provided strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

Delay Policy

  • Waiting delays up to 15 minutes are permitted without penalty.
  • Delays exceeding 15 mins incur 2,625 THB per 15-minute block.
  • Maximum allowable delay time is subject to aircraft schedule.

Rescheduling

  • Free reschedule up to 24 hours prior to mission time.
  • 17,500 THB fee applies for changes requested 30 mins to 24 hrs prior.
  • No penalty applies for weather, force majeure, or delayed connecting flights.
