Subject to availability. Confirmed exclusively upon receipt of full payment. Rates remain variable until finalized.
Damages & Losses
The primary charterer remains completely liable for any physical damage, associated costs, or losses sustained by the yacht or third parties.

Vessel Capacity

Manifest Maximums
Vessel capacity thresholds are absolute. A controlled number of visitors is allowed only while securely moored, subject to sole Captain discretion.
Minor Supervision
If children are brought on board, the charter party assumes exclusive responsibility for their general conduct, entertainment, and safety.

Safety & Compliance

  • Personal excursion insurance is fully provided for all manifested guests.
  • Valid digital copies of IDs or Passports are strictly required for validation.
  • Swimming is at personal risk. Life jackets are provided and strictly recommended.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Management reserves the right to alter or cancel transit dates due to equipment failures, marine route hazards, or inclement weather patterns. An alternative booking date or complete financial refund will be issued.
Compliance Enforcement: Non-compliance with maritime law or onboard safety directives yields immediate charter termination without refund. We hold no liability for subsequent external legal actions taken against guests.
