RESERVATION:
– All reservations shall be subject to availability and confirmed by The Management. In the event the guest did not make the full payment, the reservation cannot be confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– The Management reserves the right to alter or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather or water routes that are unsafe to operate in. In case of cancellation, an alternative date will be offered, or full refund will be provided
– A 10% set up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation date.
– Cancellations made between 24 & 72 hours before the reservation date will result in a 50% refund of the fee.
– No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date or for NO SHOW reservations.
INSURANCE POLICY:
– The company provides personal insurance covering all our guests for any unexpected accident that may happen during the excursion.
– A copy of all the guest’s ID or passport is needed for the confirmation.
– Swimming is allowed at the guest’s own risk, HYPE provides life jackets on board but if the guest doesn’t use them, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The charterer himself shall be liable for any damages, costs or losses caused to the yacht or any third party.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
Responsibility for children health of the charterers party:
– The Management will not permit more than the maximum number of guests staying, sleeping, or cruising on board plus, subject to approval of the captain at his sole discretion a responsible number of visitors whilst the yacht is securely moored in a port.
– If children are taken on board, the charterer is solely and fully responsible for their conduct or entertainment.
– Swimming is allowed at the charterers own risk; hype provides life jackets. In the case of not wearing any, we will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.
