Terms and Conditions

  • Operation Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (local time)
  • If booked and paid service cannot be provided by the company, a 100% refund is applied.
  • The company confirms any amendments only depending on the availability of the booked vehicle. If the car is not available according to the requested amendment. the company has the right to make a free upgrade to a higher level of car or cancel the booking.
  • In case guest luggage exceeds car luggage capacity or guest has oversized luggage (golf, surfing equipment, etc.) and luggage car is not booked, the company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused.
  • For charter service:
    • if exceeding 20 to 30 minutes, service will be charged as a half-hour
    • if exceeding 40 minutes, service will be charged as one hour o if used less than the original booking, the full charge is applied
    • 2+ days cancellation terms depend on the number of days and period of service advised case bu case)
    • if more than 8 hours, the company has the right to change the driver to avoid overworking the current driver.
  • Pick-up / Drop off quide service is free of charge for Central Festival / Big C Supercenter area. FOr other locations, an extra charge is applied.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cars. Violation leads to immediate termination of service on the spot without any refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • For charter:
    • Cancellation is free of charge if made 24 hours in advance of service time.
    • If cancellation is made 2 to 24 hours in advance of service time, a 50% charge can be applied.
  • For transfer:
    • Cancellation is free of charge if made 12 hours in advance of service time.
    • If cancellation is made less than 2 hours before service time, a 50% charge can be applied.
  • In case of No Show, 100% charge is applied.
  • If cancellation is made less than 2 hours before service time, the No Show policy will be applied.
  • For the period of December 25 to January 10, any cancellation can be made free of charge if made at least 24 hours in advance of service time. Otherwise, the No Show policy will be applied.
  • The company guarantees 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting time since flight landing (for airport transfer on arrival), then an extra charge or the No Show policy will be applied.
  • The company guarantees 30 minutes of waiting time at other locations (hotel, villa, pier, etc.), then an extra charge or the No Show policy will be applied.
  • If the guest cannot find the representative upon arrival at the airport or the driver/car at the designated location, the booked service will only be considered as not provided only if the company has been contacted and the guest received a confirmation that the service cannot be provided. Otherwise, the No Show policy will be applied.
