Terms & Policies
Policy
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Infants aged 0 to 2 years old may join free of charge, while children are charged at the adult rate.
Luggage
Porter service includes a maximum of two (2) pieces of luggage per passenger. Additional luggage will incur a surcharge of THB 200 per piece.
Reservation
Reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Requests received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to approval. All bookings remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
