~ Arriving between 15 to 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will incur an additional charge equal to 50% of the spa treatment price.
~ Arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur an additional charge equal to one (1) full hour of the spa treatment price as a waiting fee.
~ Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs before your treatment.
~ Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant guests or those with specific health conditions.
