Cake Policies

Minimums

Minimum order is 1 pound for Standard Flavours and 2 pounds for Customized Cakes. Prices vary depending on chosen flavors.

Pre-Order

Kindly place orders at least 2 days in advance for Standard Flavours and 5 days in advance for Customized Cakes.

Delivery

The delivery fee ranges from THB 300 – 500, depending directly on your specific villa location.

Settlement

Payment in full is strictly required once your requested order configuration has been officially confirmed.

Cancellation

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your delivery time for a 100% refund. Cancellations made under 48 hours will incur the full penalty charge.

Terms

Management reserves the right to adjust menu rates, product options, and service provisions at any time without prior notice. All elements remain subject to change at the time of booking.
